Quality Assurance

The ANGLE Team is committed to providing our customers with products and services of the highest quality.  ANGLE Inc. has established policies and procedures that provide a high level of confidence to assure that project deliverables conform to project requirements established by the Statement of Work and CDRLs.  The products and services provided as part of this contract will satisfy ANGLE’s Quality Assurance (QA) process as well as the subcontractors’ processes.

QA is an integral function and responsibility of ANGLE Incorporated.  The QA process provides management with regularly scheduled assessments of the processes used and products developed.  Because ANGLE Inc. is a small business, a separate QA group is neither economically feasible nor warranted.  The process provides a system of peer reviews and disciplined systems to assure that all specifications are completely implemented and deliverables in accordance with CDRLs and fully functional.

Concurrently with ANGLE quality requirements, we work closely with our Customers to ensure we perform tasking in accordance with their QA requirements.  We solicit periodic customer feedback concerning product quality.  In this way we can continuously revise our processes to provide products and services of higher quality with each task performed and each deliverable provided.  We work with our clients to determine the best methods of getting the job done right the first time and can quickly adapt to changes in requirements.  We share the benefits of this experience with our clients on every ANGLE task.

In order to monitor the status of the Task Orders and evaluate the quality of our deliverables, the contract management team for the ANGLE Team, comprised of a contracts representative, a task order/delivery order manger and a senior manager of each team member as required, will meet on a quarterly basis to review tasking, performance, procedures, deliverable status, and customer requirements/satisfaction.  The contract management team will review problems and implement solutions as needed to insure the delivery of products and services to the customer.  This meeting may be via a telephone conference or at one of the team member’s facilities.  At least once a year, there will be a meeting at one of the team member facilities.
